The Constitution of the United Kingdom of New Zealand

The United Kingdom of New Zealand was constituted in He wakaputanga o te Rangatiratanga o Nu Tireni 28 October 1835 where the Crown was established because the British Colonists at the time had no authority from the Crown of Great Britain to act and that the signatories of the declaration are all joint tenants in common within their own Kingdoms (districts extended into territories then into colonies today known  as states and was to include all other colonial states through the operation of this declaration we know to be a Will signed on the 28 October 1835)
