Our task is simply to receive registration for individual heirs and successors who wish to claim succession to the Crown estates of their maternal and paternal predecessors who were alive on 28 October 1835. Global administration of estates is a system constituted in the 1835 declaration and currently under state administration. Wherever in the world your predecessors resided in 1835, the effects of a declaration signed in Nu Tireni-New Zealand impacts you in regard to their land origin, which relates to your land origin for estate registration purposes. The birth registration process now-a-days is a global system of recording succession to land origin. 

The sovereign estate is a perpetual trust held in waiting for the successors, one day to return and claim their share of their birthright and original land dominion.

To register your succession YOU WILL NEED...

• To Hold authentication or certified true and correct copies of a record of linage to one 1835 paternal predecessor, or be working on attaining these records.
  
  
  
• Hold certified true and correct copies of your birth records, or working on attaining these records.

Provisional Predecessor Administration Team

We see the administration of predecessor estates to be administered by a provisional team of volunteers who have lineage to the same predecessor and who have authenticated their genealogy with one another. Formal administration may likely proceed in due course following a process to be established by the "standing" heirs and successors of a predecessor. Your sovereignty is in the estate of your predecessor.

What if I don't know who is or cannot find or am still researching my paternal predecessor?

Everyone is taken care of in equal measure even where you are unable to identify your predecessor. For now, we have made provision for you to register under the options,  "still searching" or "unable to find records."  

An Image Representation
There is an option in the registration form to upload any image you feel best represents your connection to your predecessors.  This is optional.

Admin Fee

A non-refundable administration fee of NZ $49.00 is applied to the registration.

Intention!

We aim to file an evidential correction of the 1835 record which is the foundation for the  legal system globally. The purpose is to re-establish international recognition of our original jurisdiction globally.

We start with one registration to reach a sufficient number to support this filing. 

The global registry only needs one heir to claim the estate of a predecessor having satisfied the requirements of linage and birth record authentication or certification where possible.
