There are times when people would like to discuss their personal challenges with us that include life events and unfortunate circumstances. We cannot possibly work with everyone who has these needs, even though we would love to. In order for us to do our work in the world, we do ask for a minimum contribution of A$250 for our first consult to find out if we can even support you. This contribution will allow us to spend one hour with you to assess your situation or circumstances.

We cannot guarantee that we can even help you, yet assuming we can, we will come up with a way where we are both clear about a financial arrangement that will allow us to engage and continue. In the event that we cannot help you, there are no refunds of your contribution. The things we can go over during the calls are the following. Please have them ready. Assessing council rates, commercial debits, court matters, fines, government debts and mortgages.
