Birth Records - I live in Western Australia

Question:  Can you tell me in which order I need to get my paperwork swapped over to crown so I can remove myself from the corporation please? I am in Western Australia

------------------

In New Zealand we have 4 types of Birth Documents

1) Source - Birth Notification - Generally a handwritten record including details of a male or female child born, mother's name, crowning date (birth date), no name (of child) and a record number

2) Source - Registration of Birth - Generally handwritten. Details include name of child

3) Print Out of Birth Registration

4) Birth Certificate

We are aware of only 2 documents of birth from the various states in Australia. The most important document to receive is the first record (if there is such a record over there - we presume this to be the live born notification record) A record that notifys a birth with various details and without the name of the child.

With the Crown process the #1 doc is requested citing legislation.  So don't apply for this until (a crown supporter) has been able to go through your state legislation to match the legislation we've cited here in New Zealand.  It would be good to have a working group organised through the states to do this.
