(Your) Name is the Public Office of (your) Crown...
(Your) Name is a Debtor
If the debtor is an individual, the following data,
>> the first name of the debtor,
>> the middle name of the debtor (if any) or,
>> if the debtor has more than 1 middle name,
all the debtor’s middle names, which must be listed in order of their appearance on the official document, or as many of the debtor’s middle names as the register allows, which must be listed in order of their appearance on the official document,
>> the last name of the debtor, the debtor’s name must be the same as the debtor’s name that appears on an official document such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, certificate of New Zealand citizenship, passport, driver’s licence, or other similar official document evidencing the name currently used by the debtor.
To avoid doubt, the last name, in relation to a debtor, means the surname of the debtor.

Person, owner, and other words and expressions of the like kind, include the Crown and any public body or local authority, and any board, society, or company, and any other body of persons, whether incorporated or not, and the inhabitants of the district of any local authority, in relation to such acts and things as it or they are capable of doing or owning

Public office specific to gender and various kinds of person
Words denoting a gender include every other gender.
Words denoting a natural person by referring to a gender (for example, “he or she”) or words referring to persons generally (for example, “someone” or “people”) include a corporation sole, a body corporate, and an unincorporated body if capable of referring to a corporation sole, a body corporate, or an unincorporated body.

Nominated sex means the sex, whether male or female, nominated by a prisoner

Person or body owned by the Crown
The Governor-General may, by Order in Council made on the recommendation of the Minister, declare that, a person or body owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Crown, or 1 or more classes of such a person or body, is a public office for the purposes of this Act, a record or class of records is a public record for the purposes of this Act

Acts of nuisance
Provisions of this Act as to nuisances to be in addition to other rights. The provisions of this Act relating to nuisances shall be deemed not to abridge or affect any right, remedy, or proceeding under any other Act or at law or in equity provided that no person shall be punished for the same offence both under the provisions of this Act and under any other enactment or any bylaw.

Local Authorities who create nuisance
This subpart does not entitle a local authority to create a nuisance; or to deprive the Crown or any person of any right or remedy the Crown or the person would otherwise have against the local authority or any other person in respect of any nuisance
