A Crown Entity is a legal fiction by birth registration of the Crown placenta and so NAMEd thus becoming a creature of statute.  A birth certificate is an instrument of the Crown created from Crown land transferred onto paper; a dead entity.  All Crown entities are identified in legislation as having various roles in an ACT! they are:
