Judicial Review - Covid19
Claudia and Andrew
We are writing, regarding the judicial review CIV 2020-485-00194 and seek assistance.
We have been researching legislation for many years and have found a code that determines whether it is binding or not and on whom in terms of the following legislation. The later link refer to COVID-19 is hidden, however is used to amend or created legislation that is not binding and of no effect, unenforceable but giving the appearance that it is through amended Act that are binding... we have decoded the legislation which undermines the civil, administrative and criminal jurisdiction of all local and national governments globally.
We understand the doctrine of parens patriae and stand as the Crown which confers the prerogative jurisdiction upon the courts and the doctrine of remitter where a man is born with two titles one as the Crown (fee head) and the Sovereign (fee tail) and the people are the Crown (unknown to all) being administered through their person a body politic or corporate entity where governments jurisdiction exists only to the demise of the Crown.
Judicial ReviewWe firmly believe COVID-19 has been initiated for these and other reasons... We would like to discuss these matters further...
