Our Crown is separated from us by consent by transfer enacted in the New Zealand Health Sector (Transfer) Act 1993.  Note the word "transfer" .

Read every act in the capacity of our prerogative right. Our Crown in right "title" is our sovereign capacity and is an agent of the Crown our prerogative capacity.  The crown and sovereign function jointly and is the owner of a record of title in the name of our public capacity the "person" "individual" "officer" "taxpayer" "employer" "customer" or other roles en-acted in the legis-lation that is not the Crown, yet is bound to the Crown. 

Our birthright is removed from us and processed through a state administration system for peace, order and control. 

The Health Sector (Transfers) Act 1993, Section 2, interpretations is where our crown and its predecessor interests (equity) is transferred into an estate in a name registered by a birth certificate and hence "we" are under administration.
